They were hired to load a 16ft POD container. They did show up and load the container, but when it was very obvious that everything wasn't going to fit... they picked and chose lighter things to pack. This left a lot of furniture and heavier boxes upstairs behind that my family and I then had to move. We had to really keep asking for them to get the washer/dryer in there so we are least wouldn't have to move those ourselves. While it was not their fault that we ran out of space, it was very frustrating considering it wasn't cheap to book them and left us with a lot of work.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
