I had great expectations for this company but was disappointed with their service. I hired them to unload a fully packed to the brim 26 foot truck. Most boxes were labeled and those that weren't, I told them which room to put them in; and which area of the garage to put them. When I started unpacking, the boxes were in the wrong room or in the wrong area of the garage. I run a business out of my home and some of my immediate business boxes were mixed in with Christmas boxes (and I have a lot of big ones). Heavy boxes of books were put in the kitchen, etc. Three men unloaded the truck in 2.5 hours so it's no wonder things ended up everywhere. When I went to pay, I was overcharged and i kept saying that I was being overcharged, but the person in charge, kept telling me that the total was right (it wasn't) and insisted that I accept the amount and pay it. i felt intimidated by him and went ahead and paid. I hate leaving a negative review for anyone, but I feel like they didn't care where my boxes ended up; and that I was forced to pay too much. I can't recommend this company.

Not very fit to be moving furniture. Several careless scuffs on the walls and some deep scrapes into the drywall during the move.

The two gentlemen arrived on time, before I was at the house, they waited for almost an hour for me to arrive. I knew they were 'on the clock' and it would be tight time wise. They were very professional, efficient, and careful. They got the truck unloaded and still only on site for 2 hours total. They are both to be commended for a job that was very well done.
