They worked fast, didn’t know how to plan
Everything in the truck. Who takes mattresses and forgets the frames and one box spring. They weren’t able to set up the beds.
They were in a hurry and finished a 20 ft truck with delivery to new address in another city with 30 minutes drive. All together took three hours.
Then my husband gave them a ride home...

I had great expectations for this company but was disappointed with their service. I hired them to unload a fully packed to the brim 26 foot truck. Most boxes were labeled and those that weren't, I told them which room to put them in; and which area of the garage to put them. When I started unpacking, the boxes were in the wrong room or in the wrong area of the garage. I run a business out of my home and some of my immediate business boxes were mixed in with Christmas boxes (and I have a lot of big ones). Heavy boxes of books were put in the kitchen, etc. Three men unloaded the truck in 2.5 hours so it's no wonder things ended up everywhere. When I went to pay, I was overcharged and i kept saying that I was being overcharged, but the person in charge, kept telling me that the total was right (it wasn't) and insisted that I accept the amount and pay it. i felt intimidated by him and went ahead and paid. I hate leaving a negative review for anyone, but I feel like they didn't care where my boxes ended up; and that I was forced to pay too much. I can't recommend this company.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We usually give preparations advice on how and what to expect when we come in ....and a procedures we follow when loading or unloading items from there truck
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We usually get boxes stacked up accordingly.... make sure there's always a path and make sure that there's nothing that could cause anyone to fall slip, safety is a number one priority
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Best thing is to stack boxes according to size , always have a free and open path where people could come in and out and make sure there is no tape , paper or boxes on the floor with someone could get hurt
What types of moves have you handled?
We've had done many personal home moves & office moves also where we have to inventory and describe items do a inventory sheet and professionally shrink wrap every item for protection
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
You get to meet a variety of people in this industry and sometimes make good friends
What training do you provide your crew members?
once my crew members are hired... I personally spend anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 weeks in training and showing them about safety packing and loading....but also letting them know why it's done this way
