They came and threw everything into the POD without strapping down the heavy things and laid metal chairs and other loose items on top!?! I'm going to request money back because I'm going to have to unload it and secure the items for trucking to Texas. Nice way to take care of a lady by herself that needed help;(!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We usually give preparations advice on how and what to expect when we come in ....and a procedures we follow when loading or unloading items from there truck
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We usually get boxes stacked up accordingly.... make sure there's always a path and make sure that there's nothing that could cause anyone to fall slip, safety is a number one priority
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Best thing is to stack boxes according to size , always have a free and open path where people could come in and out and make sure there is no tape , paper or boxes on the floor with someone could get hurt
What types of moves have you handled?
We've had done many personal home moves & office moves also where we have to inventory and describe items do a inventory sheet and professionally shrink wrap every item for protection
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
You get to meet a variety of people in this industry and sometimes make good friends
What training do you provide your crew members?
once my crew members are hired... I personally spend anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 weeks in training and showing them about safety packing and loading....but also letting them know why it's done this way
