The guys did an amazing job. The owner and his helper were super fast and very friendly. They started the job immediately and towards the end of the job we had a small clothing malfunction and needed to make a quick run to target the next road over. As a way to say thank you they offered to help me unload items I had planned on doing myself. As a single woman this was more than appreciated and I can’t say enough for these guys. I will be using them again in a few months when my next place is ready.

During the 2nd hour of job it was noticed that one worker was on his cell phone outside and the other was taking a break talking to his family in the parking lot. Shortly after this I was told they would only have time to move one more “heavy” piece of furniture (which is what I hired for). I had 3 heavy pieces left to move. I did ask them to make sure all 3 pieces got moved and they did move them into the truck. They seemed unfocused or distracted on the job at hand and no sense of my time management. I did schedule at last minute and was charged a higher price. Just wish my time was as valuable as theirs.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We usually give preparations advice on how and what to expect when we come in ....and a procedures we follow when loading or unloading items from there truck
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We usually get boxes stacked up accordingly.... make sure there's always a path and make sure that there's nothing that could cause anyone to fall slip, safety is a number one priority
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Best thing is to stack boxes according to size , always have a free and open path where people could come in and out and make sure there is no tape , paper or boxes on the floor with someone could get hurt
What types of moves have you handled?
We've had done many personal home moves & office moves also where we have to inventory and describe items do a inventory sheet and professionally shrink wrap every item for protection
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
You get to meet a variety of people in this industry and sometimes make good friends
What training do you provide your crew members?
once my crew members are hired... I personally spend anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 weeks in training and showing them about safety packing and loading....but also letting them know why it's done this way
