The two men arrived promptly. They had all the tools we needed to disassemble a bed and remove hanging televisions. They packed the pod well and fastened the furniture in so it would not shift. They were very considerate of our wishes. A First Class operation all the way! I would definitely use them again.

We had a long haul from FL to MA. Although we didn't have a full truck, for the most part, the truck contents stayed stacked and packed. Louie and Wayne were on time(early actually), efficient, friendly and communicative. Definitely would recommend.

Showed up two hours late.
Two men that were not in great physical shape. We carried all boxes up the stairs. I carefully wrapped my $9000 white sofa only to walk out and see one of them rip it open with sweaty, dirty, hands and proceeded to carry my brand new cushions against their sweat soaked bodies.
They did not want to stay and finish the job because it was the end of the day but ultimately did. They wanted to chat and took three cigarette breaks. Then wanted to charge me an extra hour. I protested but ended up paying because I felt that I had no choice.
They left with all money plus extra collected and were here just under three hours. Took 3 cigarette breaks and spent a substantial amount of that time complaining about unpacking the truck.
Terrible experience. I would caution anyone to only select this company if you are in a pinch and you don’t mind overpaying them to do the work yourself.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We usually give preparations advice on how and what to expect when we come in ....and a procedures we follow when loading or unloading items from there truck
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We usually get boxes stacked up accordingly.... make sure there's always a path and make sure that there's nothing that could cause anyone to fall slip, safety is a number one priority
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Best thing is to stack boxes according to size , always have a free and open path where people could come in and out and make sure there is no tape , paper or boxes on the floor with someone could get hurt
What types of moves have you handled?
We've had done many personal home moves & office moves also where we have to inventory and describe items do a inventory sheet and professionally shrink wrap every item for protection
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
You get to meet a variety of people in this industry and sometimes make good friends
What training do you provide your crew members?
once my crew members are hired... I personally spend anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 weeks in training and showing them about safety packing and loading....but also letting them know why it's done this way
