We used TX Top Tier when we moved from FL to Dallas, they were get then too. Terrance and D'Angelo were awesome! They were quick, efficient and got the job done remarkably! I have a second POD coming for loading Monday and have requested them!
NOTE to those who book and fill out the form explaining what you have, stairs etc..the move job the crew came from before my home, they were told 1 flight of stairs, there were 3!! this takes longer and sometimes with items needs 3 ppl. BE HONEST and considerate when you book services like this.

John & Jason were the absolute best. Very friendly and quick getting the job done. My son, who is on the spectrum, enjoyed conversations with both of them.
(which is very unlike my son). They did a walk through and remembered where I wanted my belongings. Good job guys. Yes I'd hire them again.

They were a few minutes late.
They were prepared.
They did work hard.
They were respectful sure, but they ended up breaking my glass. They said 2 guys were coming, but 4 actually came, so they did the work in 1/2 the time so I had to tip all the movers.
I would absolutely not use that same crew again. Showing up in flip flops and crocs is a sure way to break something and that's exactly what happened. Never again.

I cannot say enough how satisfied I am with Texas Top Tier Movers. DJ and Honcho were excellent. They came early when I requested it, they moved super fast, listened to all of my requests, and most importantly were so respectful and professional.
I haven't had a good experience with movers in the past. Either with showing up late or moving too slow (to lengthen the time), but DJ and Honcho far exceeded my expectations. They were so great that in a few months when I have to move again, I will be hiring Texas Top Tier and specifically asking for them.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
When a customer books with TTT expect professionalism across the board. You will receive consistent communication answering all questions, concerns and providing recommendations as needed. Customers are encouraged to give additional details they feel is relevant to the move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day you can expect... * updates on arrival times. *Movers will show up on time with positive attitudes ready to see your move through.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure you get the most out of your moving experience we recommend: *Packing all small/ loose items. *Label all fragile boxes (Preferably on multiple sides) *Emptying out dressers/hutches. (Doing so helps prevents damage) *Provide or request moving blankets to protect furniture. *Provide or request ropes or straps. (to stabilize with)
What types of moves have you handled?
Our crew has handled moves of all calibers from simple rearrangements to short term moves to multi-stop moves to long distance moves. We have dealt with: *moving an individual into a studio apartment *families into their first homes *Moves in mansions/ large estates (largest to date is 80 acre property!) *Medical and business offices, Restaurants, gyms.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
As movers our favorite part of the move is the relief, instilled confidence and joy we bring our clients when they see that they are in good hands. There are tons of reasons why moves are stressful, we're glad we can do our part to make the loading and unloading portions the easy part for you!
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are required to undergo our "rookie-vet" training. Our "rookies" are required to join one of our seasoned crews. During this time learning moving techniques and ideologies is their main focus while assisting our "vets". -Side note: When you see an extra mover on the job don't worry, there is no additional cost to you!
