Review for packers/ loaders:
This was a horrible experience, and I am furious. Movers are not the word that comes to mind. The two movers took three hours to move one item into the moving POD. Most of the items in my home were in packed boxes, but those items still were not transferred until hours after their arrival. So I paid an additional three hours outside the four-hour window I originally purchased. This was because my furniture was half in the POD, and the remainder was still in my home. So, I had to cross my fingers that the extra cost would be worth it for the job to be completed.
Unfortunately, that was not the outcome. The POD was packed and unpacked, only to learn there was not enough space in the 16-foot POD, looking at the camera the way the POD was packed explains this reason for this and I now have to purchase an additional 8-foot POD, which costs an extra $2,300 that could have been avoided due to the two movers stalling because of their hourly fee.
This was a Horrible experience, and I hope Texas Top Tier Movers will contact me to learn about this job and how to improve it.

The crew was amazing! They carefully wrapped all of our furniture and items with blankets and shrink wrap. They were also very efficient, maximizing the space in the pods and playing Tetris very well. We’d definitely recommend them!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
When a customer books with TTT expect professionalism across the board. You will receive consistent communication answering all questions, concerns and providing recommendations as needed. Customers are encouraged to give additional details they feel is relevant to the move.

On moving day you can expect... * updates on arrival times. *Movers will show up on time with positive attitudes ready to see your move through.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure you get the most out of your moving experience we recommend: *Packing all small/ loose items. *Label all fragile boxes (Preferably on multiple sides) *Emptying out dressers/hutches. (Doing so helps prevents damage) *Provide or request moving blankets to protect furniture. *Provide or request ropes or straps. (to stabilize with)
What types of moves have you handled?
Our crew has handled moves of all calibers from simple rearrangements to short term moves to multi-stop moves to long distance moves. We have dealt with: *moving an individual into a studio apartment *families into their first homes *Moves in mansions/ large estates (largest to date is 80 acre property!) *Medical and business offices, Restaurants, gyms.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
As movers our favorite part of the move is the relief, instilled confidence and joy we bring our clients when they see that they are in good hands. There are tons of reasons why moves are stressful, we're glad we can do our part to make the loading and unloading portions the easy part for you!
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are required to undergo our "rookie-vet" training. Our "rookies" are required to join one of our seasoned crews. During this time learning moving techniques and ideologies is their main focus while assisting our "vets". -Side note: When you see an extra mover on the job don't worry, there is no additional cost to you!
