They showed on time. 1 brought his girlfriend and daughter and left them sitting in the car in our driveway. They worked really hard at first. The last hour to 45 minutes they were done! We booked 4 guys for 4 hours. When I told them all the rest of the stuff needed to be loaded. He said “if I had known that I would have packed it differently”. They threw a few more things on the truck and left. My husband had to unpack the last 3rd of the truck, the next day and repack it with all our things. Several of my pieces were scratched or dented. I most certainly would not use them again! I paid them to ruin my things.

Renee and darius showed up an hour late. They said that they had to finish up another job. Renee was the lead. He had excellent communicatrions skills and appeared to know what he was doing . I checked on the loading process early on. They worked quickly. However, when they had the truck almost fully loaded there were still several valuable items that needed to be put on the truck. Since there was no refrigerator, washer or dryer that went on the truck, I felt thathere should have been enough room for a two bedroom house with a single car garage and storage shed.
they never told us that they were running out of room or give us options of what needed to go. When we had the truck unloaded, we discovered that they had packed the truck poorly. I provide tie off straps, which they didn't use to stabilize the load. They did not properly cover all furniture items, even though there were blankets left over. There was damage to three items. There was still room overhead to place more items.
It took them about an hour longer to load the truck than for two people to unload it. Therefore, I don't recommend them for your move.

Alonso and Terrence were both phenomenal. They were so nice and helpful. They not only did amazing manual labor in loading up all of our furniture and appliances efficiently and quickly, but they also strategically planned our packing approach and managed to fit everything in the PODS. I would recommend them for all packing needs. I wish they could come with us to help unpack, but we are moving out of state!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
When a customer books with TTT expect professionalism across the board. You will receive consistent communication answering all questions, concerns and providing recommendations as needed. Customers are encouraged to give additional details they feel is relevant to the move.

On moving day you can expect... * updates on arrival times. *Movers will show up on time with positive attitudes ready to see your move through.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure you get the most out of your moving experience we recommend: *Packing all small/ loose items. *Label all fragile boxes (Preferably on multiple sides) *Emptying out dressers/hutches. (Doing so helps prevents damage) *Provide or request moving blankets to protect furniture. *Provide or request ropes or straps. (to stabilize with)
What types of moves have you handled?
Our crew has handled moves of all calibers from simple rearrangements to short term moves to multi-stop moves to long distance moves. We have dealt with: *moving an individual into a studio apartment *families into their first homes *Moves in mansions/ large estates (largest to date is 80 acre property!) *Medical and business offices, Restaurants, gyms.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
As movers our favorite part of the move is the relief, instilled confidence and joy we bring our clients when they see that they are in good hands. There are tons of reasons why moves are stressful, we're glad we can do our part to make the loading and unloading portions the easy part for you!
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are required to undergo our "rookie-vet" training. Our "rookies" are required to join one of our seasoned crews. During this time learning moving techniques and ideologies is their main focus while assisting our "vets". -Side note: When you see an extra mover on the job don't worry, there is no additional cost to you!
