Texas Top Tier Movers was Top Tier! They were punctual, professional, and got the pod packed very strategically. They were careful with our belongings and came prepared with a dolly to get it all loaded. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing responsive, respectful movers.

The men were wonderful and very quick! It took way less time than expected but I don't mind the expense, because there is no way I could have done it alone. I don't know anyone to ask for help, so it was a necessary expense.

Good crew. Worked well with us, and helped us unload. We had extra time left at the end and they helped assemble a couple of items for us. Professional and courteous. Rene, Top Tier's owner and their de facto dispatcher, is easy to work with. We had move our start time, and he was flexible and accommodating. Enjoyed the two guys that came to help me move. They were sweet. They were quick. They didn’t waste any time . To use them, they worked around the whole day of my pod arrival which is unheard of when it comes to movers and being flexible with MY time. They were very respectful of my property and I would definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

The only not so good about Hire a helper is that the front office staff are not always easy to contact. Other than that they were TOP NOCH. The company is so good the workers should wear Vest advertising your company.
Your movers were punctual. They were polite. Very important. They were courteous. They worked from the time they arrived until the job was done. I am very satisfied.
Don’t forget the price! VERY REASONABLE. I would use them again.

When a customer books with TTT expect professionalism across the board. You will receive consistent communication answering all questions, concerns and providing recommendations as needed. Customers are encouraged to give additional details they feel is relevant to the move.

On moving day you can expect... * updates on arrival times. *Movers will show up on time with positive attitudes ready to see your move through.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure you get the most out of your moving experience we recommend: *Packing all small/ loose items. *Label all fragile boxes (Preferably on multiple sides) *Emptying out dressers/hutches. (Doing so helps prevents damage) *Provide or request moving blankets to protect furniture. *Provide or request ropes or straps. (to stabilize with)
What types of moves have you handled?
Our crew has handled moves of all calibers from simple rearrangements to short term moves to multi-stop moves to long distance moves. We have dealt with: *moving an individual into a studio apartment *families into their first homes *Moves in mansions/ large estates (largest to date is 80 acre property!) *Medical and business offices, Restaurants, gyms.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
As movers our favorite part of the move is the relief, instilled confidence and joy we bring our clients when they see that they are in good hands. There are tons of reasons why moves are stressful, we're glad we can do our part to make the loading and unloading portions the easy part for you!
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are required to undergo our "rookie-vet" training. Our "rookies" are required to join one of our seasoned crews. During this time learning moving techniques and ideologies is their main focus while assisting our "vets". -Side note: When you see an extra mover on the job don't worry, there is no additional cost to you!
