One of the bellhops was late, and once they arrived, they could begin moving the heavy items. I was disappointed with how they moved items - lot of things were broken in the process. They took a lot of breaks, leaving us to do more than we intended (I hired movers for a reason). They appeared tired, and one even felt sick to his stomach during the job so we didn't push him to move faster. They were very respectful, apologized a lot, and were done within the 2 hr window.

Max and Chris were on time (even a few minutes early), polite, energetic and careful with our belongings. I was impressed with their work ethic and with the way they interacted with family members that were there to help with my move. In particular they were very good with the kids that were there. Is this bellhop? Unsure. If so, they were very nice, worked hard, and were in every way professional.
We did feel the two were at a disadvantage, as it appeared they hadn't worked long enough together to have a system down.
