I reserved two workers for two hours to load a 10 x 10 storage unit onto a rental truck. I provided the needed hand trucks. My two helpers arrived a little late, which ended up not being a big problem because I allotted 2 hours and the job only took 1.5 hours. They worked steadily and had obviously done this kind of work before. The teammate actually impressed me more than the team lead in terms of energy and enthusiasm. They were both pleasant and we interacted in a personable way while working. I believe that by hiring college students you improve your odds in screening out those less motivated. Signing up with a moving company to help put yourself through college is some indication of drive and motivation, even if not a guarantee. I would definitely use Campus Bellhops again!

Great helpers to assist in loading a truck. Even with a good bit of stuff to get in the truck (8 big poece of furniture, 20 boxes, and some rugs) they were finished inside of an hour. Additionally they dealt with our steep driveway without complaint and even moved a piece of furniture from upstairs to another part of the house. Thanks!

I've moved 6 times in the last 10 years, and I believe this is the best experience I've had with movers. They constantly kept in touch ahead of time with the schedule (their arrival time), called me the morning of, brought me a water bottle, and quickly and CAREFULLY loaded my truck. This was the most careful I've ever had movers be with my stuff, and I really appreciate that. I would highly recommend.

The young men were careful and courteous and accommodating. They came earlier than the scheduled time at our request because we had arrived earlier than planned. They were efficient and even made a trip to a hardware store to buy a tool to put a bed together for us. It was a flawless, stress free experience.

Only one helper showed up initially. Then they found 2 others to come and help. I had damage to a dresser And a filing cabinet was smashed in. But the truck got loaded and we left abot 2 hours later than hoped. The 2 guys that came later were very capable and we appreciate them coming at a last minute notice
