They were excellent - came a few minutes early and helped us work through a huge problem with our storage bay rental. They were polite, efficient, and stayed an extra 15 minutes to finish the job even though they were only scheduled for 2 hours. I will definitely hire them again.

I am so glad Bellhops came to my rescue when "Phils Excellence", my original choice didn't come through the day before my move. The two men contacted me prior to the job a few hours prior to their arrival, they were on time and ready to do the job. They were also really polite and professional. Campus Bellhops Patrick and Teddy were punctual, polite, and capable of handling even the heaviest pieces that we had to move. They showed up on time, were very respectful and careful with our expensive china cabinet and ding room set.
This was a welcome change after we had a horrible moving experience with Movers and Groovers, with three wimps who could not lift my desk up to the second level. They promised to send four people later in the day, but never came back at all to finish the job. I wound up having to pay two guys to carry it to the second level two weeks later. Never use that dishonest company for moves.
