The crew did really, really well! They worked the whole time, packed the container very efficiently, and successfully moved some large, heavy furniture around tight corners and narrow spaces. They completed the job within the allotted timeframe. Overall, I was highly impressed and wish I could use the same crew at the final destination which is many states and miles away!

I originally thought that Jovani and Leon had done a good job. However, when I had my things unpacked in Nevada, having moved from New Jersey, I realized that they were extremely negligent in packing and/or did not know or care what they were doing. Believing that they were professionals, I did not follow them around. However, in unpacking, I saw that they did not use the many blankets and ratchet straps that I had provided to them to wrap the furniture. Unprotected wood was packed tightly against unprotected wood and unprotected metal. Unprotected metal was packed tightly against other unprotected metal. Furniture pieces were packed unprotected against the metal sides of the truck.
SADLY, EVERY SINGLE PIECE (100%) OF FURNITURE, INCLUDING VALUABLE ANTIQUES AND FAMILY HEIRLOOMS, SUSTAINED EXTENSIVE DAMAGE. Now I have to file a claim with my credit card company costing me my time and resulting in more aggravation. MY UNPACKERS TOLD ME THAT THEY HAD NEVER SEEN SUCH EXTENSIVE DAMAGE EXCEPT WHEN A POD HAD OVERTURNED.
Unfortunately, I can not in good faith recommend Jovani and Leon or the company, B&T Professional Moving and Labor, that they work for to properly pack your belongings. IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!!

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day customers can expect our movers to arrive on time. Customers will receive a phone call 1 hour prior to arrival. Once movers have arrived we will conduct a walk through and take inventory. This will give you the opportunity to go over specific details or point out items that require special care.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Prepare for moving day by being the most organized as possible. This includes having all miscellaneous items, boxed and ready to go. Also disassemble and measure your large furniture ahead of time to make sure it fits through all of your doorways.

Our favorite part about being a mover is interacting with customers, helping families move and taking away some of the stress that comes with the moving process.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We only hire movers with prior moving experience. In addition to hiring experienced movers, we also require two days of training. He or she learns the proper way to handle boxes and furniture, customer service, and the proper way to communicate within the moving crew.
