I want to let everyone know how satisfied I am with my recent customer experience in dealing with Mr. Figueroa, Owner of B & T PROFESSIONAL MOVING & LABOR. I am in New Orleans and the job involved moving my household items from a storage facility in Philadelphia to a storage facility in New Jersey
(About 22-miles). My son met Mr. Figueroa and his helper at the storage facility in Philly. Mr. Figueroa was on time, he phoned me several times with status updates and he did a FANTASTIC JOB arranging the items at the storage facility in New Jersey which maximized the utilization of space which saved me money in renting a smaller storage unit! In-fact, an employee at the storage facility observed how neat and orderly the items were arranged that she called me and asked for their name and number because she wanted to refer them to some of her clients. I told her that I hired B & T PROFESSIONAL MOVING & LABOR through HireAHelper and gave them the phone number to HireAHelper. Mr. Figueroa was well prepared for the job, was extremely respectful of my household items, finished the job on-time, and I would definitely hire them again!

Our helpers were awesome ! They were here on time and prepared for the job. They worked their butts off and were still smiling at the end. It was a difficult job and they did it like champions. I would definitely recommend them and hire them again

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day customers can expect our movers to arrive on time. Customers will receive a phone call 1 hour prior to arrival. Once movers have arrived we will conduct a walk through and take inventory. This will give you the opportunity to go over specific details or point out items that require special care.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Prepare for moving day by being the most organized as possible. This includes having all miscellaneous items, boxed and ready to go. Also disassemble and measure your large furniture ahead of time to make sure it fits through all of your doorways.

We only hire movers with prior moving experience. In addition to hiring experienced movers, we also require two days of training. He or she learns the proper way to handle boxes and furniture, customer service, and the proper way to communicate within the moving crew.
