They were hours late. Damaged furniture and wall. Did not finish job, said they come back and didn’t. Damaged piece of furniture and gouged a wall. Did receive a discount. Final opinion will depend on repair customer service.

The overall experience was horrible. The team lead was very friendly and helpful but as a whole this was not a professional move job. At least two of the team members smelled of weed and extremely strong BO to the point where my entire house reeked of it. One of the team members did not seem prepared for the job and asked me for bottles of water. I frequently caught one team member doing nothing or just standing in the pod. At one point all three team members were standing around a crib talking while one team member disassembled it. They worked very inefficiently and I repeatedly had to voice concerns about how the pod was being packed and loaded. They came without blankets and ratchet straps. Overall horrible experience.

Greg and LaTrelle were great. They were hard working and helpful. The scheduling wasn’t the best. Whoever scheduled these guys let them come late because a previous job ran long. Not cool.
