My helpers were over 2 hours late but they messeged me and told me they were running late. They were held up on the previous job. I told them I had a 2:00 appointment and they worked very hard when they got there. They were done in a little over an hour. I didn't have a problem with them at all however when I contacted On The Go Movig and told them about the lateness and that they were only there an hour I was told I was still obligated to pay for 3 hours. I thought I was obligated for 2 hrs and would have to pay for 3 if they didn't get finished. I was supposed to get a discount with the lateness issue. When I checked my bank account I just noticed I was charged the full amount.. Now tomorrow I have to call AGAIN and try to straighten this out.

The two guys did good work. They unloaded a 16 container in an hour and a half and helped put furniture together for the other half hour. Would definitely hire again!

Wayne and his team did an excellent job! They accepted my request on short notice, arrived on time, and finished unloading my POD within the 2 hour window I selected. Most importantly, my items were placed in their specified locations and nothing was damaged. I will definitely hire them again if the need arises.
