I had booked On the Go Moving to arrive at my home sometime between 8-9 AM with 2 people and booked them well over a month in advance of my move. On the day of the move it was a challenge to get in touch with anyone from the company or to get answers on when they would arrive. Finally after 9 I heard from Wayne who let me know the crew would be at my home by 10:15 and they would provide an extra person for free. I then was unable to get him on the phone for over 2 hours until finally Hire a Helper was able to reach them. The crew didn't show up at my home until 1:30 PM and did not have the extra man they promised. The guys who moved me were fine and worked hard and really quickly (minus ripping a pretty expensive piece of furniture), but being 5 hours late with little to no communication was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I do not recommend On the Go Moving

Wayne and his crew one (Chad and James) did a GREAT job moving all of our stuff from two 28 foot trailers into the house and garage. Great customer service very helpful and proficient. they even made moving the heavy items look easy.

Dante was good. The 2nd person looked like he was hangover and could barely keep up. There was a rude comment from the 2nd person when I told him to go easy on frames. His response was “calm down”. They also broke a pedestal vanity when they tried to move it out of the way. Unprofessional behaviors here and there.
