James and Greg showed up exactly within the specific window and helped us load our whole one bedroom apt into an 8ft. pod. They had a solid system and worked so hard to get all our needs taken care of—we were shocked they were able to fit all our items, but they are highly skilled. 10/10 would recommend and use their services again. Also, extra kudos to them for taking the job on the day of when our previous movers ghosted us. So grateful!

The two men that showed up to work, upfront told me they were not employees of On The Go Moving, but they did work for them sometimes. They both smelled strongly of marijuana.
The one in charge, Dante, did good work and did all of the organizing while the other one helped but also stood around a lot.
They took a break at the 3 hour mark and when they returned, they again smelled like they had just smoked marijuana.
While they seemed to pack everything ok, my main issue with them is that they scratched the hardwood floor when moving a tv entertainment center, they put a dent in a handrail and rubbed so hard on it that they also removed some of the paint. They also hit a corner of a wall so hard that it put a dent in the metal drywall corner bead and knocked off a piece of paint and drywall mud so there is now exposed metal showing on the corner. The cost to repair all of this will exceed what I paid them.
Additionally, one of them also dropped our espresso machine, which I paid $1,000 for last year. I was able to test it and verify it worked properly but overall I am extremely disappointed with how these men handled my personal property and home. I have photos of the damage exact for the espresso machine.
