Great job loading, made unload job very easy. On time and know exactly what to do. No damage to property. Unload was made easier because of excellent loading.

These guys did an amazing job. They came a little early than the window they gave (30 minutes) and I was not done packing (bad form on my part, I had a couple hours to go) so they went and did another job to give me more time. They then completed my furniture heavy move which took an hour extra than I reserved and went into the evening. They were able to maneuver furniture out the hallway which had previously required removing part of a banister to get into the building and they miraculously fit all the stuff into the 20' U Haul even though I definitely underestimated how much stuff we had. They clearly treat all the furniture as though it were their own, even wrapping some of the second hand stuff that was clearly junk. Basically I was a total pain in the butt and they never let on that they noticed and they exceeded every one of my expectations. Moving is never easy but I may have just burned the place down had it not been for these guys.

On the positive side they arrived 30 minutes early and worked pretty hard moving heavy items.
On the negative side they were suppose to bring plastic wrap and wrap all of the furniture. Instead they had about half a roll and only chose to wrap some of the items. The items themselves appeared to be stored in a haphazard manner with little concern about whether or not the items would be damaged during transit. I am quite fearful of what awaits me when the shipment arrives in NC next week.
As for recommending or using them again I would have to say, no.

Good guys to work with. I had a last minute request for moving labor help and they were able to accommodate me. They had good communication prior to the job starting and during the morning of the job. Their team worked quickly and efficiently. I never have used a moving company before and was happy with the results. I would use them again in the future.

These guys were great. Kenneth called from the road to say he was running a bit late (10 min). He and Julio showed up and went straight to work. They worked hard, and fast and did an amazing job wrapping the furniture and loading it into the truck. They finished within their time frame--and hardly even stopped for a water break (in fact, we got them donuts which they refused to eat until they were done working).
This service (Hire a Helper) and this company was amazing! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

They were a little late because they had trouble parking but once they got here they worked hard and did a great job.

I had a great experience with these movers. I did a within building move from one condo to another. They called to see if we could start early, but because the elevator was being used by other people, we had to wait. Then they got stuck in traffic but that was perfect b/c the other people ran late. They didn't damage any of the building walls, were very polite and careful with my belongings. I didn't get a chance to do the extra insurance, but they were so careful that I could breathe a little easier. They also helped take apart the bed and put it back together in the other unit. They helped me set up a few things because they knew it was too heavy for me to move. They were quick, nice and I would definitely use recommend them!
The one thing that was annoying was actually hireahelper - I had trouble with the payment and it took FOREVER to get someone on the phone. They make too automated.
