They were punctual, communicated well each phase of the process and treated my belongings with care. They offered to move my furnishings to whichever room was most convenient.
Everything arrived in tact and in the same condition as previously packed. One dresser was originally not packed as secure as needed. They provided additional wrapping after removing it from the Pod, which I greatly appreciated!
I was also impressed by how they honored the agreed upon timeframe for the job. There was no need for addition fees.

The movers themselves we great and professional. Where my disappointment came in where the “fees” that were not discussed when confirming the appointment. Packing supplies, i.e bubble wrap and for the furniture where extra and to the tune of $130 that had to be paid in cash. If you do decide to go with them, make sure that you discuss ALL the costs so that you are not surprised on an already stressful moving day.

The guys called on the way to reaffirm their arrival time. They arrived early and quickly got to work. They were both very professional, personable, efficient and courteous and took great care with our possessions. They were very accommodating in the placement of our boxes and furniture, always checking where we wanted items to be placed. Before completing the job they checked if we had any additional needs. Would definitely hire again. And thanks to Moises in the office for helping get arranged and providing the required information.

We hired Coffey Bros to help us load our POD for a cross country move. We ended up having a terrible experience. We were concerned we wouldn’t have enough space and communicated that upfront, the movers thought it would be okay and set to work. At the end they were over time and couldn’t fit everything in, and they didn’t communicate at any point in the process that it wasn’t looking good. They also were very rude and disrespectful once we were discussing the problem. They then left all the extra stuff on our loading dock and left, so I had to move everything back in myself and a chair got stolen while I was in between loads. They were unclear about pricing and got frustrated when I couldn’t understand. Overall worst experience with movers I’ve ever had.
