I will not use them again. The agreement was they had to move the couch, and China Carbinet but they didn't. My daughter and I had to do those our self. All they had to do was move them from inside the house to outside. I offered to pay them extra just to get it outside but they did not they said that they had another job to go to.

Chase and Martel did a great job! They were friendly, fast, careful with our things, and were great at maximizing the space in the moving truck to make sure we would have room for everything. It was raining during our move, but they still worked hard, didn't complain, and got the job done. They also arrived on time. Excellent job!

Willie and CJ were great! They moved everything quickly and I will be asking for their help when we move the furniture back into the house after our reno is complete.

they guys are fine but i notice of one dutch and table was damage i was upset also five glass cup damage too and did not put order all was mess up and i cant find what i need so i clean up myself everything to order for each room last one before they left ask me personally i m not appreciate i m going to call and talk to them ,,,also young one guy keep use the phone look like text or whatever

Clarence and Andre were the best part of my move. I only hired them to unpack my truck, but it was a hard move with heavy furniture and they made it a seemless process. They were nice, hardworking, and professional young men and they did an absolutely amazing job. And, they were on time and respectful of my items... Which I can't say about other moving companies I've used in the past. I would recommend Mooney Moving and Cleaning (but especially Clarence and Andre!) to any of my friends and family. Amazing service+great price+easy process= one happy customer!

The service left something to be desired. It was a hot and humid day. Breaks are expected, understandable, and encouraged. However, it went beyond what seemed reasonable. If I wasn't around for a while, would often find the guys sitting on the edge of the truck or dilly-dallying in the apartment. I did not want to be annoying and hover over them the whole time they were working, so I tried to give them the space to do their jobs. But when I noticed nothing seemed to happen for some time, I would find them sitting, and as soon as they saw me, they hopped right back to work. When they were working, they did a nice and professional job. The truck was packed well. At the end of the day, I just wish I did not feel taken advantage of.

I'm extremely satisfied with the service I received from The Mooney Moving & Cleaning Inc. From setting up the service to receiving confirmation and courtesy phone calls from Betty, everything was handled very professionally. My two helpers, Chase and Willie, arrived on-time, were friendly, and handled everything carefully and with respect. Even though it was hot and humid, they worked hard and without complaints. I would definitely use them again!
