Chase, Willie, Stephen, and Chris were awesome. Very helpful and personable crew of guys. On time, respectful, careful with our things and checked in frequently to make sure they were taking everything to the right place. Betty from the office was very nice and helpful as well.

I had indicated when I booked this that there were mutlile appliances to be moved from the garage to the second floor as well as one to go to the basement. They sent two men who did show on time and were nice. They got all the boxes etc moved from first floor to second floor within one hour. Then they said they should have had a third person to move the appliances. There is a two hour mimium so I lost one of hour of time. they do not leave until the charge card is verified. If they had told me I needed three men for the two hours I would have gladly paid but no indication of such. I feel scammed as will now have to hire someone else to come and finish the job which could have easily been done if they had told me. I will not be using them again as I am wondering if this is how they operate to get business. Neither of the men they sent were big guys and they indicated that they have big guys in the place and should have been sent. Stay away from them unless you just have boxes to move. Wonder if they would pull the same stuff if there were big pieces of furniture.

My husband and I were very thankful for the movers from The Mooney Moving & Cleaning Company. Ricky, Maleek, and Chase worked at an incredible speed and we couldn't believe how well they had packed our moving truck. Due to past experiences, I was immensely worried that our belongings would not fit into our truck, even with the help of the movers. Luckily, with the movers' skills, they were able to pack the truck efficiently and with even a little room to spare! Another first was the speed at which the movers went. I had them for 2 hours and they only went over the time by 15 minutes. I blame the fact that we lived on the third floor of a no-elevator apartment complex. The movers continuously moved our belongings from the time they got there to the time the job was officially done. My husband and I would HIGHLY recommend their services to anyone in the future.

Awesome job! I hired 4 guys since I lived on the third floor and didn't want anyone to get overly tired. They showed up right on the requested time and had a system. I had a 3 bedroom apartment (with a lot of baby items) and I was moved and loaded in 2 hours! Would surely use them again and recommend them to my family and friends.

Appreciate Andre being on time and very efficient. He knew exactly in which order the U-Haul truck needed to be loaded, every inch of it so that nothing moves about terribly. My glass dinette survived the trip with no damage. Thank-you.

These two movers went above and beyond for me. The were kind, courteous, and very professional. They worked very efficiently and fast in packing the U-Haul. The contact person was professional and kept me informed and up to date which during a move is so important. She put any fears to rest. Hired for 5 hours. They moved nearly our entire 4 bedroom house during that time. Nice guys. They were careful not to scratch up the walls and floors. Packed and stacked the truck and storage unit well. Did not rate 5 stars bc there ended up being damage to our floor as a result of moving a very heavy dresser down the steps which we didn't notice until later that evening. Would recommend them.
