Martin and his team arrived 20 minutes early and went right to work. We had far too much stuff to comfortably fit in the truck, yet he managed to safely get everything in. They were there for exactly the time allotted, never took breaks and completed the job. No surprises or complaints whatsoever. Would definitely recommend!

At the time of the service the guys seemed nice. When they unloaded they didn't quite put the stuff into the apartment neatly, and they dropped and broke one of my plastic tubs causing the contents to spill out on to the snow covered payment. Overall I was just happy to not have to move stuff up 4 flights of stairs.
My really issue started after the fact. I moved from Ohio to Illinois and I didn't take any time off for the move - did it over a weekend. So here two weeks later I'm still unpacking things. I realize now that some stuff is missing, and the truck was empty when I took it back to Penske. Sooo....what would that lead you to believe?
I emailed the company directly and all they said is they don't know, they hope I find my stuff. That's it.
I am now getting HireAHelper involved as well as leaving reviews on every site I can to warn people and also contacting the BBB.

They were prepared and on time. They worked hard and constantly. I would use them again. Not 5 stars because I'm not sure of the packing procedure use to pack my Pod, hope nothing breaks or is damaged when they pick-up the packed Pod.

We only had the 2 man crew for less than 2 hours, so not a full move. Some pieces of furniture and some boxes. Overall, they were good. They were right on time. They had the dollies we requested. They were respectful of property and goods. We had some very large items that we were moving which were challenging to move. Thank you.

I hired The Moving & Cleaning Company to unload my moving truck for me. The two gentlemen arrived right on time, were polite and efficient and were overall awesome. They helped with parking the truck (I live on a narrow one way street with parking on both sides and moved from Texas where space isn't an issue) and even took the time to help a neighbor whose car battery died. They finished unloading in well under the 2 hours allotted for the move. I couldn't recommend this company more.
