Guy were fairly lazy and slow moving. Showed up a few minutes late.

Our house burned down on Wed. We needed assistance moving salvageable items from the home. They worked fast and efficiently! Inspite of the chaos of charred and smokey surroundings they were respectful, prompt and moved swiftly. It was cold and icy outside, but that did not slow them down.
I am incredibly grateful.

There was a delay of an hour, however, the service called to make certain that would work for me. The two helpers showed up promptly at the new time and quickly unloaded our belongings. They were polite and didn't waste any time. I would recommend them.

Overall, I was very happy with the service and the Moving Company. They called to let me know they were on the way and beforehand to confirm the job.
There was only one minor issue that could have caused some damage, but we caught it in time. If not for that, they would have received 5 stars. So I could recommend them.

Mooney Moving & Cleaning of Chicago went out of their way to take care of us last Monday. Their main helpers were tied up with a previous move where the truck arrives over an hour late. Latoya, the manager, got in her car, picked up two more workers, drove them to the north Chicago suburbs and waited while they moved. The two young men were excellent: strong, efficient, polite, good humored. We would use them again.
