Highly recommend Moving Madness! Mel was a great communicator/coordinator, and Lamaine and Cook absolutely killed it on moving day! On time, friendly, worked hard, followed instructions and made good suggestions, and took good care of all our items. Would definitely recommend them for any move.

One of the mover had to explain to the other what to do and so it took really a bit longer than it should have.
I will give them a plus on the way they organized the truck as nothing was broken at the other end.

I accidentally scheduled for the wrong day. I called and they had the entire situation fixed before I even showed up to the unit. They found people to take care of me and the service was excellent.

Great service!! I booked this job late at night for a move the next day.. These guys were awesome!! They were on time, professional, and worked nonstop for 4 hours. They were very diligent loading and unloading my antique furniture. I would book them again definitely!!
Moving Madness is my now go to!!

Extremely slow working. The items that were to be moved were moved two times by other companies in 1 hr 15 minutes. At the 2 hour mark (things still weren’t done) the worker asked if I wanted them to keep going. For the last 30 minutes of the 2 hrs I prepaid I was moving and staging items for them to put in the truck because the loader was grabbing one small item at a time during a large portion or the prepaid time. I ended up paying for an extra 15 minutes but would’ve been much longer had I not helped for those 30 minutes. Seemed like they were trying to milk the time to make me pay more. I would NOT use them again nor recommend them to anyone.

Typically I would start off by apologizing that you feel this way, but I'm not going to. The "other" companies were done in 1 hr 15 minutes? No wonder!! They literally threw all of your belongings into a unit. Nothing was stacked, nothing was organized. It was a huge pile of stuff that my guys had to dig through to get everything out safely. LET'S GET TO THE GOOD PART!!! Your entire unit was filled with bugs, rat feces, and wait for it......DEAD RATS!! They shouldn't have even stayed to help you with your job, but chose to do so to be nice and help you out!!! They didn't even mention the conditions to me until afterwards because they KNEW that I would immediately pull them off of your job. We are NOT REQUIRED to work in those types of conditions. Especially when someone is negligent enough to store food in their unit. One of my guys almost picked up a dead rat picking up one of your items!!! Then you had the nerve to expect him to get rid of it for you!! EVEN AFTER ALL OF THIS!!!, they shaved time off of the clock to once again, HELP YOU OUT!! Check out our reviews, it will show that my guys do everything but ride the clock. I'm not sorry that you feel this way, I am sorry that they had to go through that for someone to turn around and be ungrateful in the end regardless. I wish the best of luck to your next movers, hopefully they are smart enough to take a look and walk the other direction.
