Were not at all careful - again due to the lack of experience
They don't bring anything - you better be prepared
If you only need muscle, two guys will show up. Unfortunately if you need someone to actually help you move, you will find these guys are not able to help much in that regard. You will have to supervise and advise them if you want to keep your belongings from being damaged.

Although the crew was an hour late, they worked very efficiently and professionally. My only issue is they worked so efficiently that I paid for a 6 hour job and it only took them 2 hours to complete and the company doesn't refund time.

Needed two strong people to help me move some furniture and boxes. Two gentlemen arrived when expected and introduced themselves. They were efficient and careful.
They were very respectful of our property and the furniture they were moving. I would hire them again.

A scheduling snafu (not sure whose fault -- either the movers' or the scheduler's) resulted in their arriving at 6 p.m. instead of 3 p.m. Even after having worked a full day, they were tired but worked hard. Polite, kind and respectful, and they included an extra helper at no extra charge. I will use them again.
