They did a decent job once they actually arrived. I had two issues with them: 1) I was given an hour time frame for when they would show up. However, I pointed out that it was at a storage unit and didn't want to wait an hour. Not only did I have to wait the hour but they were 30 minutes late. So I sat in the moving truck for and hour and a half for them to show. Then, when the began loading the storage unit, I asked them to stack the boxes really high in the back to leave plenty of room. They said that I would have tons of room so they only stacked them to chest level. When they were done, our stuff went all the way to the door. I was hoping to have a walkway in to the storage unit, but now I have to rearrange everything myself since they didn't do it the way I asked initially.
