These 4 men were excellent! They were on time. They worked very hard for 9 hours. They were so careful with my things, and were respectful to me. They helped me above and beyond their duties. They did not take any breaks the entire day even though I suggested they should.

Arrived late, did not bring equipment (dolly or cart), smelled of marijuana, the "supervisor" was on her phone repeatedly, and she left for 45 minutes to get a dolly, they refused to take my safe off the trailer. Placed boxes in the wrong rooms, took numerous breaks. Overall very unprofessional.. Barely got half of a 28 ft trailer unloaded.
I had to hire another company to finish unloading the first trailer and the second one. Will never recommend them.
Regarding the cigar, I can assure you that it was not marijuana. Additionally, we staffed your job with four team members instead of three. When our supervisor noticed the large Sub-Zero refrigerator, she retrieved a larger appliance dolly to ensure its safe transport. During the move, we encountered a 600-pound gun safe that was not listed on the order. This required specialized equipment and resulted in an additional cost, which you declined to pay.
While we strive for customer satisfaction, we occasionally encounter situations where customers are not understanding.

We were pleasantly surprised by the service. We were just expecting a couple of guys to move a few heavy pieces out to the POD. Instead, they carefully arranged the heavy items as well as some boxes in order to most efficiently make use of the space.
They took a bit more time then the original estimate but it was well worth it, as it saved my time re-arranging things in the POD. I just needed to fill the rest of it with lighter stuff that I could move myself.
