Loading was efficient and the movers were friendly and hardworking. However, when we unloaded the truck on the other end, the furniture was not protected with the moving blankets we provided. Many furniture pieces had gouges and scratches on them.

While the owner of the company seemed very nice, he sent two guys to do the job who, by their own admission, had never loaded a truck before. In 2.5 hours they had only loaded 13 ft of the truck. My son finally had to take off of work and go help them. One guy was new so maybe understandable but Jerome was not and only my son being there lit a fire up under him. He was trying to run a side hustle, asking me to pay them directly for any extra hours instead of the company. I feel like that’s why he was so slow. He wanted to go over the four allotted hours so he could profit personally. They didn’t even finish the job, saying they had to go to their next job but would come back when they finished it. They sent a message saying one of them didn’t feel well so my son and I had to finish the job...the heaviest pieces! I won’t say don’t hire them because they had good reviews, which is why I did, but make sure Jerome isn’t one of the helpers.
