I had too direct and redirect, then finally I was told by one guy the other was still in training. The guy that was the Trainer is the one, that I had to keep tell him and redirecting, he needed most training on how to pack my belonging for a 26' Truck which took me another trip to finish loading my belonging. My experience was more stress added on. But I did, like how you have your system setup and commuication factor, just need to have your worker experience should I use your service or recommend your service to anyone needing mover. I will advise them to ask for exprience guys, that know how to load when they actually get to the job.
