I have professional furniture guys that work for me.the problem was between my loading guy,and one of the crew that thought he should be loading faster.my guys are trained to do things the right way,and not just throw customers belongings on a truck and move on.think you might benefit from having your guys learn from others,instead of wanting to be in control.

On time and prepared per my request. Were very polite. They were very careful not to damage my new home especially the new hardwood floors. We had some big and heavy items that had to be taken to the basement which was a tight fit. They did a great job. I would recommend them highly!
