There were 2 helpers. 1 was awesome (the lead) the other was not much help and unable to lift things without being totally out of breath. He was unaware of how to lift or carry things or the common sense of how to move things in general.

I never thought it would take as long as it did but I felt confident that my personal belongings were well taken care of and packed well. They did a really good job.

The packing of the van was amazing. My only complaint was that they were about 30 min late. When we unloaded there were a few dings and dents although we provided more than enough moving blankets. Other than that it was a great job.

The day started rough when a crew did not show, after a few phone calls we had a team of 3 arrive several hours later than scheduled. The team that showed was not the original team, so they came directly from another job. They did a good job, but a lot was done for them since they were late in arriving. The crew only stayed for 3 hours when we paid for 4, that was very disappointing. The actual crew did work well together and loaded our containers with experience.
