A great job. The guys were very considerate of my belongings and my home. Some of it was awkward and difficult to move downstairs and around tight corners. They showed up right on time and were efficient and professional. Highly recommend and will hire again.

The bad part is that the movers were 3 hours late! They did call and tell me they had to send another set of helpers because the original 2 couldn't make it. So that was a plus. However, the guys said they would one be 1.5 hours late. That turned into 3. The good is that the movers worked quickly and got done what we needed. If they would have been on time, i would have given 5 stars. I would give them another chance.

The service communication with hire a helper itself was good. The specific help they sent was just ok. They were not professional and needed a lot of direction. One way or another, they got my uhaul unloaded and that was the goal. My sister used the same company and got great guys, so I guess it was just bad luck or a bad day.

Would definitely use again - no damage done and did everything I asked even when I added stuff that needed to be moved. Great service for an elderly couple who can't move furniture around!

I originally gave Helps U Move a 5 star rating because I needed trained men to load a moving truck for me last minute. The guys were 30 mins late but that was ok with me. My hired truck arrived 1,000 miles later only for me to discover the guys didn't use the shrink wrap I have bought them to wrap my furniture. And the brand new moving blankets were not used properly. They told me they were trained in packing moving trucks and obviously they weren't. When my furniture arrived everything was pretty much destroyed. I lost not only around 90% of my furniture, but even boxes were crushed and / or ripped open. All my belongings out of those boxes were scattered. I lost priceless Christmas ornaments my son had made for me when he was a child. Had I of known I was going to lose everything I would have saved the thousands of dollars I spent getting it here and just sold it in Denver.

Arrived on time and ready to work. Took a few times to figure out the best loading of furniture onto the truck. They worked steadily. I did have to provide transportation between locations for the work crew which was an unwelcome surprise. I would have appreciated knowing this in advance as I did not have an easy ability to do this. The rating is not higher because of this lack of advance communication.
