I was extremely pleased with the helpers provided by Unloading Services, Inc. for unloading my POD. The 2-men team arrived on time as promised and called ahead. The helpers were friendly, professional, efficient, and took all necessary precautions to avoid damage to the furniture being moved. I could not have hoped for a better experience and outcome. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I hired movers to move into my first house. 2 bedroom townhouse with no kids to move.. should've been easy. But I'm a disabled veteran and can't move down stairs easy.
They charged me over $1000 for 4 hours.. I only got 3. And they only moved half of my home. Also, they showed up an hour early and got mad at us for not being ready. Then didn't come back until almost 3 hours later, 45 minutes after the initial window we were given. They didn't have a truck big enough to fit our stuff and wouldn't do another load, despite there still being time.
I WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN! WORST EXPERIENCE WITH MOVERS.
