Overall I am happy with the service that was provided.
Only a couple of things that could have been better.
The first is one of the movers was smoking when he arrived and I greeted him. I told him I was allergic but he kept smoking anyway. The property was also a smoke free property and I could have been fined if management caught him. Next time I will mention the movers need to be non-smokers or at least not smoke on the job.
The other is my bed frame was scratched badly (deep scratches - 2) on one side of the bed. Each scratch measuring an inch or so.
My husband was with the movers the entire time and said they did a good job. I just put down what I noticed.

These guys did a great job. Professional, good communication, they let me know when they were on their way. Worked hard, accommodated any changes requested. Made moving day easy and a lot less stressful. Would definitely recommend!

Unfortunately after the service we found broken items left in the garage without being told about. We found damage to the hand rail leading upstairs that will require to be replaced. Emptied water bottles left in the garage

The two workers called ahead of time to tell me when they would arrive and they did. Both were ready to work and the loading of the truck was done within the two hours. I may submit another review when I arrive at the new address to evaluate any damages that might of occurred.

I knew this move would not be ideal, when the guys showed up with no tools or even a dolly. I didn't know exactly HOW BAD it was, until we unpacked our POD container and saw the amount of damage that had been done. Our $1k mattress was covered in oils and dirt- they didn't wrap it apparently or use the pads that we purchased. Even worse, our Restoration Hardware sofa that was over $7k is ripped in multiple spots and has multiple holes in it. It was less than 6 months old. We called Loading and Unloading to file a claim and they DO NOT COVER property. They said Hire a Helper will cover it, so we are getting about $200 for nearly 10k in loss. What a pathetic excuse for a small local business. We will never use PODS or Hire A Helper ever again.

They were prepared for the job and they did work hard, but they were not respectful of our property and goods.
Many items were damaged...they didn't cover large or delicate items with purchased blankets, they just tossed them in and threw a blanket somewhere else, but not covering or securing. The only item that had a blanket actually secured was our tv, but then the tv wasn't protected or secured with any other items. We have many pictures of how things were packed and why they were damaged, but I didn't buy the extra insurance, so shame on me.
The lead on the moving team went out of his way to say how little they get paid and pushed 3 separate times for us to use him and his team for our Co Springs move, even though we already had that service set up.
They were all helpful, but how our stuff was handled and packed wasn't good.
