Completely unprepared crew. Replced one of the guys with a gal who is not physically fit to move heavy stuff. Inefficient. Had to unload half of the stuff myself as she was picking up light items to move. So basically one man crew was provided instead of two. Would not use their service again. Was not worth the money.

Four men filled two 16 ft. containers in three hours. Our furniture was very heavy, but they worked quickly and carefully. Very pleasant, hardworking guys! We haven't had the containers unpacked yet, so don't know exactly what condition everything is in, but the guys used lots of padding and appeared to tie things down securely. They arrived just when they said they would.

They did great once they got to us, but they were two hours late. They were supposed to arrive between 5 and 6 pm but they didn't arrive until 8pm. That makes a big difference on a three-hour job. But again, they worked hard once they arrived.

I called two days prior to our move to confirm and remind them that I was on a tight schedule (flight that evening) and confirm that they were bringing blankets and other moving materials we might need. This was also in writing on my move request. Move day, the movers didn't show - I called and they drove a couple guys out from the warehouse - so we started 2 1/2 hours late. They didn't have any move materials, including blankets or even a dolly. The guys were great- they worked very hard and quickly. I told them and their supervisor I was worried about the tops of the wood furniture. They assured me it would be fine. When we were ready to close the panels on the trailer, the furniture was 1 inch over the 7 foot mark so we had to repack to 8 feet (and I had to pay for an extra foot of space). 5 pieces of furniture arrived dinged and scratched on the tops and top edges. I was told damages come out of the workers paycheck so I won't file for damages - that is horrible - it wasn't their fault that their boss/owner was unprepared. I made it clear that I was looking for "professional" movers who know how to protect and pack furniture for long distance move. Basically, I got labor with this company.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!! THEY DAMAGED AND DESTROYED OUR HOUSEHOLD ITEMS BY NOT TAKING THE TIME TO PACK THE TRUCK RIGHT. Very unprofessional.
