Hard workers, professional and friendly. The team that helped me was not the original team scheduled so they were late; however they were great at communicating their status and it worked out since I was behind on my packing! Although I do not know if any furniture was affected (have not received it yet), I heard quite a few "bangs" against walls, etc. as they were moving things. Overall happy with the service and process, just a little concerned about my stuff. I would use again.

I had two helpers, Victor and Nestor, who did a great job. They called me on their way to the house to advise they were stuck in traffic and still arrived within the scheduled window. They started working right away and worked well as a team. They were diligent, friendly and professional. I was pleased to have them assigned to my move and would use them again.

Several of my very nice, expensive pieces of furniture--kitchen table, ($1200) chest of drawers and a $900 end table were scratched or gouged. They blamed the previous loaders--hard to say who did it, but when I hire people to do a professional job to protect my expensive furniture, I expect it to come out looking unscathed. I could have asked my friends and they may have done a better job.
