The guys that showed up (Ryan, Chris, and Jeff) did a good job. The container was unloaded just in time before it was due to be picked up. They had a distance from the container to my 3rd floor apartment and worked hard.
My issue is with the "office". Within 30 minutes of my first booking them, I got a call from a woman to confirm. That was great. I then had to make a change to what was needed. I first emailed the directly. After 2 days and no response, I called HireAHelper and gave them the change and got a confirmation email. I never heard from Unloading Services. I called later that afternoon and spoke to Jason who THEN confirmed they changes.
The appointment was to start between 9 & 10 am. At 5 after 10 I called Jason. Who had no clue that no one showed up and then tried to tell me they had "car trouble". 5 minutes later I got a call from Ryan who gave me a better idea of what was going on (they had no shows for a job booked weeks ago). They finally arrived at 10:30.
Bottom line, they guys did a good job. The office staff was not good at all with communication. They would have gotten a higher rating (even with the delays) had Jason called BEFORE I had to call to find out what was going on. Hopefully they will be better with future customers.

It is important to note that the young men who helped were courteous and hard working. However, they were sent to the job totally unprepared with no tools. I very specifically requested expert help in moving a French Door refrigerator and washer and dryer. I am very concerned about the damage to my appliances as they had to be moved without the proper dolly. We are repairing the damage to our walnut floors. The movers were impatient at the end of the move and jammed our expensive lawn furniture onto the POD in a haphazard fashion. This coupled with very poor packing of our expensive dining chairs leaves me very worried about the potential damage we will incur. My work order clearly shows the request to move appliances and I was assured by the telephone rep that they would be handled professionally. We decided not to move other expensive items for fear of damage and will have to make other costly arrangements. I have used PODS 4 times in the past with great results, but never again.

Workers were ontime (early actually). They did not bring a hand truck (which the listing says they would have), and worked at an average pace...so the job could probably have done in less time if they came more prepared and/or worked at a little faster pace. We ended up using my car to move things from the trailer being unloaded to the storage unit, which was fine. More care could have been taken to use the space in the storage unit efficiently. There was a lot of extra vertical space unused in the back that became blocked off...and everything ended up barely fitting. I will probably have to go back and reorganize so I can access things. They worked an extra 2+ hours and asked for cash for the remaining time, which was a slight pain as we had to run around to find an ATM afterwards. I would have rather just added the time onto the credit card more "officially".

Two very nice young men were on time and did an amazing job. Both very hard worker,very polite and extremely careful with our belongings. I wish I could take them to Arizona with us to help us unload. Very pleased!

I can't say enough about these guys.
Due to some issues with the PODS container, I had to reschedule them at the last minute and when the container couldn't be placed on my property, I had to call them again to see if they had a truck to move my stuff from the house to the warehouse location. Jason rescheduled the appointment easily and made sure his guys had a truck available.
They showed up on time, worked extremely hard, and had the job completed in the estimated time, even though they had to move my furniture from my house to a warehouse, and then into the container.
These guys were the easiest part of my move. I highly recommend them.

The guys worked very hard and worked quickly, but I don't feel they showed a lot of respect for my possessions. I felt they could have spent more time planning how they were going to load the containers and how to protect fragile and delicate items.

They did great in the beginning but at the end they kind of stopped. They said they were done and the trailer still had all the moving paper some additional items. The did not help with putting back the bulk head or ramp.
They need to stay until the whole job was done. I was pleased until the end.
