Once they showed up, they did a good job. One of the movers showed up just before 10 Am but the other one was a no show and ended up having to wait for the second one. They showed up around 11 AM. They did a really good job on getting everything moved that we needed. Thank you

They were on time and worked hard, but unprepared for the job, no dolly, no tools. They had no idea how to pack a POD efficiently, making it necessary for me to order a second one. They might be fine to unload or move heavy things around. I would not hire them to pack a moving truck/POD.

They were fast and handled the stairs admirably. The truck was packed very well. I wish I had allowed another hour for unpacking. As it was, I only had time for them to put everything in the living room. They managed to navigate the truck very well for loading and unloading.
I would use them again - but plan for an extra hour!

This was my first time using this service, and although I had high expectations, things did not go smoothly. First, they were late - really late. The initial schedule was between 10-11, and one mover showed up at 11:30, however the other person didn't get there until 12:30. The initial mover did call me to tell me he would be running late, but the fact that there were not two people ready to go was frustrating. Both he and I were on the phone trying to get a mover out there.
In addition, a mover did fall moving a piece of furniture - I was not notified, my neighbor shared that with me. I'm hoping that no damage was done.
I look forward to hearing back from the company and seeing how we can make this experience a better one.

I needed help unloading, however I did not really plan accordingly. However Unloading Services Helps U Move came on very short notice (I placed the order at 8 am and they arrived around 9:30 am). The price was reasonable and they were fantastic and professional. They were very careful with my things and I will definitely use them with my next move. They were done unloading my 15 ft truck (3/4 full) within an hour.
