good at what they were doing, just didn't like that the lead guy seemed to use his phone a bit to my liking but that is how things are trending these days. I wasn't happy that they hadn't had lunch.

I have professional furniture guys that work for me.the problem was between my loading guy,and one of the crew that thought he should be loading faster.my guys are trained to do things the right way,and not just throw customers belongings on a truck and move on.think you might benefit from having your guys learn from others,instead of wanting to be in control.
