We hired 4 Guys for three hours to arrive with a window of 10-11. They showed up just befor 9am. We were not ready as we expected to have another hour or mor to get ready. They ask up to show them around and give them directions on what to load in pod and what few items were to go on truck. I walked the house and clear pointed out and gave them directions. They wanted to start in the garage with boxes. I reminded them as I left the garage only to load everything on the left side of garage and said I would be cleaning kitchen if they had questions. About a hour had passed when I went into garage to put some trash into the trash bag in the garage. Everything including the trash bag with melting ice cream was in loaded in the back of the pod and it was almost full. In addition to all trash many of the items that I stated needed to go on truck were in the pod. They failed to put the covers for the mattresses on, which were laying each bed. When they unloaded the pod to get the trash I was able to see the poor job of loading they did. My new mattress was bent almost in half with other furniture thrown on top. It was the worst job I have ever seen. I worry that things will be broken and damaged. The lead on the team of guys. Came and apologized and said it was all the other guys fault. There was too many errors to list them all. I would really say they deserved 0 stars and my money should be refunded.

They were on time and moved quickly; however, items were not packed efficiently. There was well over two to three feet left on topof unused space. We had to rent a serving trailer. It was too much for us to unload and reload what they had done. Perhaps we should've been more on top of the loading.
