The day started rough when a crew did not show, after a few phone calls we had a team of 3 arrive several hours later than scheduled. The team that showed was not the original team, so they came directly from another job. They did a good job, but a lot was done for them since they were late in arriving. The crew only stayed for 3 hours when we paid for 4, that was very disappointing. The actual crew did work well together and loaded our containers with experience.

The movers called me when they were on their way to my location. I liked the respectful communication. The guys really hustled to empty the 2nd pod when it arrived (late on the deliverers part) in order to meet the time frame I had reserved them for. They were friendly and were gentile with my possessions.

Unprofessional! One mover smoked a cigarette RIGHT before handling our things, one asked if he could have a snack he saw in one of our bins, and the plain nature of how they acted in our home was not what we expected. They then had the audacity to recommend tipping them... I don't think so!
