We had the worst experience with this company. 2 strong built guys showed up to empty the 16ft PODS container and it took them 2 hours to empty the container with the speed of a tortoise and especially when we were also helping. Also to mention that we had no stairs and pod was sitting on the drive way 5ft away from the door. We had requested the assembly and these guys had no idea. So we paid for an extra hour for the assembly but these guys took more than an hour to assemble two bed frames. I have seen slow movers but these guys were just horrible. One guy was just laying on the carpet while other was trying to do at least something while assembling. I'll say that please stay away from this company if you are looking for good movers.

The two guys that came did a great job. Good fellas and very level headed. They loaded up my trailer really well and nothing broke on the long haul. They got it done very quickly and kept me on schedule. I would reccomend.

The whole crew was here on time and did a great job. They worked hard and considering I live in an apartment on third floor they were amazing never complained. I would recommend them highly

The good - the crew was on time (even a bit early). They were cheerful, polite, and fast.
The bad - I hired 4 people for 3 hours, but they rushed through the job in 2 hours. They loaded a 16-ft PODS container for me, but not everything fit. Instead of taking some time and asking me to prioritize my belongings, as the POD filled up, they threw in anything that would fit into any little nook or crevice, ultimately leaving out my office desk and chair, among other things. My daughter and I ended up repacking the last quarter of the POD in order to save the desk at the expense of some less necessary items.
The ugly - the crew was not entirely careful. They knocked some plaster off of a corner of a wall, they nicked a chunk out of my front door moving a refrigerator through, and they tore a door between two garage bays off its bottom and middle hinges, none of which I noticed until after they had left.

The company provided a pair of movers who were dedicated to the job at hand, worked with me and my son to accommodate our wants and needs. I couldn't be happier with the work they performed and the results of their efforts. I would most definitely use them again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Once we receive a request for moving help we will send you a text message confirming the the date, address, and time. The message will also ask for the following details: Loading/unloading of both? What is it that we will be moving? Are there any stairs involved?
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day we will confirm the moving appointment and show up at the original agreed time. Upon arrival we will ask you to show us what it is that we will be moving and give you an opportunity to explain to us what it is that you would like us to do. We will work as quickly and efficiently as possible to get as much done in the time provided.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
In preparation for moving day please consider how you would like us to utilize our time: packing, wrapping, padding, assembling/ disassembling, arranging/ re-arranging, or just simply load and unloading. If there are is any packing material that you have provided and want the movers to use please let us know.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have helped residence move in and out of houses, apartments, and storage units. Business owners in art shops, donut shops, restaurants, therapy offices, chiropractors, home health care service providers. We specializing in showing up when others don't. When your in a pinch we won't leave you hanging we will be right there with you.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I enjoy meeting new people and offering a smile in what can be a stressful time.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Moving is difficult but there are things that we can do to protect ourselves, our customers, and the belongings that we are moving. Our crew members participate in paid monthly training to help us be the best movers we can.
