The service I had was awful. It took them the entire time to unload all of my stuff. We had movers move everything into the u-haul in 1 hour. Once these guys showed up they keep taking breaks in the 2 hours we had the service. My leather couch was all scratched up. There was broken stuff and my tv, side tables, and my mattress was scratched. I would definitely not recommended for refer anyone to this moving company.

Owne.he can try and get workers to your home.but dont count on it. We had 2 show up 1.5 hours late.he was sickl then fell and got injured.3o min later. New help promised at 5pm. No show...then 1 guy showed up at 6..my husband had to help him because th as TSA all we had..it was a nightmare day.

We hired these two young men for labor only to move furniture. They were so nice and respectful. I would definitely use this company again and will ask for those specific young men. Great job!

Gotta be honest for a last minute request I thought we would be getting two guys who would simply carry stuff up the stairs. I couldn’t have been more wrong. They we’re a great team. Kept us updated on their arrival and we’re right on time. They brought floor protection, door coverings, and more. They were fast, efficient and I couldn’t be more thankful of the work they did to help us move in on a Sunday.

The employees worked for 2 hours in the terrible heat that afternoon. Provided them with plenty of water to stay hydrated. They were experienced and worked as a team. Friendly and courteous, couldn't have asked for a better pair of helpers.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Once we receive a request for moving help we will send you a text message confirming the the date, address, and time. The message will also ask for the following details: Loading/unloading of both? What is it that we will be moving? Are there any stairs involved?
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day we will confirm the moving appointment and show up at the original agreed time. Upon arrival we will ask you to show us what it is that we will be moving and give you an opportunity to explain to us what it is that you would like us to do. We will work as quickly and efficiently as possible to get as much done in the time provided.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
In preparation for moving day please consider how you would like us to utilize our time: packing, wrapping, padding, assembling/ disassembling, arranging/ re-arranging, or just simply load and unloading. If there are is any packing material that you have provided and want the movers to use please let us know.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have helped residence move in and out of houses, apartments, and storage units. Business owners in art shops, donut shops, restaurants, therapy offices, chiropractors, home health care service providers. We specializing in showing up when others don't. When your in a pinch we won't leave you hanging we will be right there with you.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I enjoy meeting new people and offering a smile in what can be a stressful time.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Moving is difficult but there are things that we can do to protect ourselves, our customers, and the belongings that we are moving. Our crew members participate in paid monthly training to help us be the best movers we can.
