They arrived on time. The POD door was jammed and they first worked on the door and after getting it to rise a little bit they wiggled under the door to open it. They were amazing. Now it did take some time so it cost me a bit more. They were extremely hardworking, respectful and downright nice. Well worth it. I will call them again.

We had an absolutely outstanding experience with H&M, and especially with Anthony and Hector.
From the moment they arrived, they were extremely professional, courteous, and polite. What truly set them apart was their flexibility and willingness to help. We had mistakenly booked our appointment for the following week when we actually needed assistance that same day. Anthony and Hector immediately accommodated us and drove an hour and a half to make it happen — which says everything about their dedication and work ethic.
They were incredibly efficient and handled every single item with the utmost care. You could tell they take real pride in their work. Moving is usually stressful, but they made the entire process smooth, organized, and worry-free.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
secure their pets before the move , have a plan if they have young children so as not to be in the way of the movers while the move is in process(Safety Reasons),also secure their immediate personal belongings such as keys, phones, etc. so that they are not misplaced
