Our movers were on time, they were courteous, worked very hard to ensure our belongings were protected during the move, were efficient and hard working.

They arrived about 15 minutes late, which immediately set things off on the wrong foot. During the move, one worker spent a significant amount of time standing around talking while the other did most of the work, mainly shrink-wrapping items. There was a lot that needed to be done, so the lack of teamwork was frustrating.
I also gave specific instructions on how the truck needed to be loaded due to having two separate unloading locations, but those instructions were not followed. This created unnecessary complications that could have easily been avoided.
To make matters worse, they insisted on leaving 10–15 minutes early to get to their next job. That is not the customer’s responsibility, especially when they already arrived late. Overall, the service felt rushed, unprofessional, and poorly managed.
I would not choose this company again and recommend others. Please save yourself the headache and money and choose a better quality service.
