I can’t say enough good things about this moving team! From the moment they arrived, they were professional, hardworking, and incredibly respectful of our belongings. They handled everything with care, worked efficiently, and made what could have been a stressful day so much easier.

Arrived promptly at the beginning of the window selected for moving. Very professional, packed the truck efficiently, reviewed everything in the house before starting so they knew what they had to get done. Ask clarifying questions when they needed to.

They weren’t sure what they were doing. Wrapped the furniture with plastic wrap rather than blankets I supplied. One guy was on the phone half the time. Wouldn’t recommend.

They moves slowly and moved little things one at a time instead of working fast and moving stacks of boxes. I They broke one of my dressers going up the stairs. He said it was because it was narrow. They left a couch on the truck but moved a bunch of little boxes that I could have moved by myself. There are many boxes of my personal belongings bursted open. I have had to unload boxes to take them back outside to rebox my belongings just to get it off the truck. I am so upset and disappointed in these movers and this company. I will NEVER use Hire a Helper again! And I highly dont recommend VVL moving company to anyone!
