They were not on time. They were not experienced. They moved extremely slow. They loaded the truck terribly. We were only moving furniture, nothing crazy heavy. Two couches, two beds (disassembled and wrapped, no mattresses) 3 bookshelves, an armoire, a chair, two rocking chairs, a dining table with 4 chairs. It took 4 hours to load and unload. Would never use again.

These guys were great. Showed up about 5 minutes ahead of schedule, ready to go. I had moving blankets + furniture wrap ready for them and they did a great job wrapping everything. I've now unpacked and there has been zero damage to both boxed goods + furniture -- even with a cross country move! I was really anxious about the whole process and they were so prompt and friendly it totally relieved my nerves.
