One of them worked hard and the other one was on his phone a lot.
They didn't bring water to drink and because I was just moving in , I didn't have any, so I had to (felt obligated) to go the store and buy some. They asked me for it. They weren't careful with my property. They got mud on my mattresses, broke the feet off my television and left nails exposed on my couch. They didn't take care where they placed things, so my bed was crammed in between other furniture making it difficult to put sheets on the first night.
I called the person that had been in contact with me, and he basically said my things should have been wrapped in a way that dragging them through the mud would not matter. No apology.
Also, when they saw me leaving a tip online, they asked for cash instead which I thought was inappropriate.. Yes , I left a tip but only because I'm one of those people that tips even when the service does not warrant it.
