One of the men attempted to make me pay him cash for moving a larger piece of furniture at a discounted fee, plus I have another piece of furniture which breaks into 3 pieces, and he was pretending it wasn't coming apart, I told him I've moved that piece before and I know it comes apart into 3 pieced. So at first I reluctantly agreed to the cash payment, and while they were moving my items into the PODS, I checked my email and saw the note about not paying the loaders cash. We told them when they had 5 minutes before their time was up, so they did end on time. The one men came to me and wanted his cash. I told him I had read the email and I wasn't supposed to pay him cash. He went on a verbal rampage for 5 to 10 minutes. Called his office, was rude to a man name Ralph, and was rude to me. Ralph told the young man that he was being disrespectful to a customer. I finally told the young man to "shut up," I repeated my statement twice and he finally shut up and the 3 men left. The other 2 men quietly did their job. It appeared their work was efficiently done.

All customers should expect a Call the day before your schedule move, and also a call before they are in route to the location the day of the schedule move .

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The best part about being a Mover is being able to satisfy the Customers and play Tetris with all of their items. Our motto is if it can't move, it can't break.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide a 2-week paid training Monday - Friday. Training class is a hour and a half long.
