Where to begin... So in the process of loading the truck, they ruined several expensive and irreplaceable items. They crushed my grandmother's jewelry box. The scratched up my wood desk. My husband's toolbox was scratched all to hell. They broke a leg on one of my book shelves.
Now while they were loading, all they did was the heavy items. We had to throw away perfectly good items because they didn't pack little items on top of the big ones to make sure everything fit.
One of the guys was more interested in having a conversation than doing the job he was hired for.
They were over an hour late because they didn't have dollies. They had to go rent them. What moving company doesn't bring dollies to every more just in case?
And to add the icing to the cake, they left 15 minutes early...
I would never hire from this company again.

Your guys showed up on time. They listened to the special requests I had. They immediately got going without any hesitation. They listened well and agreed with our plan of attack. Both workers were personable and respectful, made sure I was satisfied and did not need anything else. It was clear to me that they were there to get a job done and left a satisfied customer with a great impression of your company.

I will start by saying they were not on time, but they did call to let me know they were running about 2 hours behind.
Noble Smith Moving was not prepared to handle this move... they showed up with no dollies! Who goes to help someone move without dollies?
Nice guys, but not knowledgeable at all about packing a POD, especially for long distance moving. I would have really respected these guys if they had just confessed they only packed for local moving.
The PODS were poorly packed - no tie downs (didn't even ask me if I had them, which I did, but I shouldn't have to supervise). Poor ability in wrapping my the furniture. One move of the POD and everything would have shifted and furniture and fragile boxes would be broken.
So slow, I ended up wrapping my own furniture, just to speed them along.
So in the end, I paid $500 to Noble Smith via Hire-A-Helper, (HAH) only to have to turn around and hire The Move Place (Dallas) to re-pack both PODS and to do it right!
I can't place all of the blame of this experience on Noble Moving...as I am
VERY disappointed in HIre-A-Helper for initially suggesting this moving company, knowing they did not have experience in packing for long-distance moves (only local). I made it very clear to the HAH representative that this was a move going well over 700 miles across the country.
For the record, I will not be using HAH on the next leg of my moving journey.

Both Donivon and Chris were amazing. The building elevator to the 3rd sometimes malfunctioned, and they had to carry our stuff through very long, warm hallways. However,, they didn’t let those things interfere in their resolve to do a good job! I definitely recommend these guys!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We give all of our customers a complementary phone call and also 1 phone call before we reach the location.

A phone call prior to the crew Reaching the location and an overview over the items (if any) that are needed for the move
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Prepared boxes with items ready to be loaded, electric items ( if can) unplugged we provide tools if things need disassembly

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting and networking with different people all over and a little exercise doesn't hurt
What training do you provide your crew members?
We teach all our crew members the basics of moving, how to pick up items how to maneuver when handling those items and also how to load but management is always close by on our move.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
