The (family) team was great! We were thrown a few curve balls - the truck rental company only had a 15’ truck instead of the larger one rented and the apartment complex was designed poorly for move-in/outs - but the team maintained a positive attitude the entire time and got it done!
They (and the owner, Jay) were communicative and were on time. They were thoughtful in the process to be effective and efficient, they were careful (there are always a couple things lost to a move!), and they finished early.

They were communicative and worked quickly and carefully. One thing I’d fix (for their sake) is to wear safer shoes on the job - crocs and heavy wardrobes don’t bode well for toes!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We give all of our customers a complementary phone call and also 1 phone call before we reach the location.

A phone call prior to the crew Reaching the location and an overview over the items (if any) that are needed for the move
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Prepared boxes with items ready to be loaded, electric items ( if can) unplugged we provide tools if things need disassembly

We handle a range of moves from local to office to long distance,
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting and networking with different people all over and a little exercise doesn't hurt
What training do you provide your crew members?
We teach all our crew members the basics of moving, how to pick up items how to maneuver when handling those items and also how to load but management is always close by on our move.
