The team was not professional - the entire experience was disorganized and messy. I requested packing and disassemble. They didn’t show up with any tools and expected me to provide everything. No tools, no plastic wrap, no tape. Additionally, they even ended up losing an entire box and my internet router during the move.

Mover's response:

I'm sorry if you feel as though your experience was bad mam, we were not requested in the invoice to bring tools, however we disassemble both your couch and bed you had tools out when we arrived and we also had our own tools in the vehicle with us just in case , again plastic wrap nor tape was requested in the invoice in addition you were already quite angry about pods giving you the wrong size pod and your parents were there as well grabbing things and putting them where they saw fit we at noblesmith moving have no control of where things might end up if we aren't touching it any item that is touched or picked up by a team member is noted and recorded. Best regards
Also if you would like me to post the invoice just in case you don't remember I would be more then happy too.

They were about 20 minutes late to the time range I was given. Time was 12 noon to 1:00 and they arrived around 1:20. One of the helpers was not real familiar with furniture handling procedures but the lead was able to get him through the move well.

We give all of our customers a complementary phone call and also 1 phone call before we reach the location.

A phone call prior to the crew Reaching the location and an overview over the items (if any) that are needed for the move

Prepared boxes with items ready to be loaded, electric items ( if can) unplugged we provide tools if things need disassembly

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

Meeting and networking with different people all over and a little exercise doesn't hurt

What training do you provide your crew members?

We teach all our crew members the basics of moving, how to pick up items how to maneuver when handling those items and also how to load but management is always close by on our move.
