We were so pleased with the job that Noble Smith completed! Jay communicated his arrival time and was on time. We had so many items that needed to be packed in a container and they managed to fit everything so well! Jay, Donovan and Antoine were all very polite and careful with the property despite having to move large items down several flights of stairs. We could not have made this move without them!

I appreciate the hard work of the two young men and their helpers. However, a few pieces of my furniture were severely damaged. If I may suggest, perhaps they need a little more training in handling furniture with care. It was really hot outside and just for that reason I gave a tip, but I also discovered my leather chair had been rubbed/scrapped and they caused a small rip in the leather sofa that got caught on the door. As previously mentioned they did work hard to get the items unloaded.

We give all of our customers a complementary phone call and also 1 phone call before we reach the location.

Prepared boxes with items ready to be loaded, electric items ( if can) unplugged we provide tools if things need disassembly
