I lived up 3 flights of stairs. The 2 Men that came were awesome. I had the guys for 3 hours. They moved 5 rooms in under 3 hours and up 3 flights of steps plus about 50 boxes They stacked the truck up so neat. Everything went in the truck. I kept them hydrated. They didn’t have to ask. I had to give them a Tip. Those guys stayed professional the whole 3 hours. I told them to take a break because it was so hot they looked like they were gonna pass out. Hell I even offered to go get food. Lol they were like nah no food we gonna be passed out then. All of this to say HERCULES MOVERS ARE THE BEST! Thank y’all again for everything!!!!!!!!!!

The 3 guys showed up on time, and they seemed to work hard, but they were completely inexperienced and didn't know how to handle and move furniture safely. Several pieces of furniture have scratches, some seriously scraped, a mirror was broken, the Media Center of my Master Bedroom furniture was actually gauged in 3 places, and a leg was completely broken off my Master Bedroom Dresser. I'm still trying to get estimates on the repairs so that I can file a claim. I would definitely not use them again.

Toot and Bernard did a wonderful job! They arrived on time, worked diligently for the two hours we hired them, and completely unloaded our truck in that time (by themselves!). We didn't even think that was possible! We would definitely recommend them!
